Protospace is not another object, place, substance, or fantasy dimension. It is a name for the structural requirement already implicit in empirical life: for anything to count as actual, it must become definite somewhere, somehow, as appearing.
Physics models potentials and lawful constraints. Experience presents actuality directly. Protospace names the common structural domain required by both: the field in which definiteness is possible at all.

Measurement, observation, record, data, and objectivity all assume that possible outcomes become definite events.

The claim is not that mind invents the world. The claim is that actuality appears, and appearance is not secondary.

The framework aims to clarify what empirical practice already relies on: definiteness, measurement, constraint, and actualization.
Not comfort
This is not a consolation system. It is a demand for contact with the real as it actually arrives.
