Entry ladder
Start where the world is already touching you.
You do not need a system before contact. You need to notice that contact has never been absent.
The doorway
You are not looking at a substitute for reality.
The ordinary reflex says experience is a screen, model, representation, hallucination, or private mental theater. Actuality Ontology questions that reflex at the root.
The room appearing now is not a weak copy of a stronger reality hiding behind it. This appearance is the place where reality becomes local, definite, and answerable.
No elsewhere.
The mind keeps postponing reality into success, salvation, explanation, enlightenment, proof, collapse, platform, audience, or future. The first cut is simple: stop sending the real away.
Appearance is actuality.
Appearance is not decorative surface. It is actuality arriving as this: a world, a body, a pressure, a sentence, a face, an obligation, a field of contact.
Closure makes the world definite.
Reality does not appear as a disconnected spray of fragments. It resolves through constraint. Coherence is not ornament. It is how appearing becomes determinate enough to be anything at all.
Perspective is local closure.
A perspective is not a little ghost inside a head. It is reality closing locally under a constraint regime: embodied, situated, partial, complete as the event it is.
Care is the ethics of actuality.
If this is actual, then care is not sentimental decoration. It is the sane response to vulnerable appearance: feed the body, answer the person, repair the world within reach.
One minute practice
Return without making a religion of it.
Return. Let the room be the room before you narrate it.
Breathe. Let the body be actual, not a project hovering in thought.
Align. Do the next faithful thing before performing the grand one.
Nourish. Feed what is alive and near.
Belong. Stop treating existence as if it owes you an elsewhere.
The short form
No elsewhere. This is actual. Care for it.
