About

An independent ontology project by Jeff Goodrich.

Actuality Ontology is a place for rigorous, strange, contact-first writing about appearance, awareness, ethics, language, and the ordinary world as the site of the real.

Not a brand

A field station, not a funnel.

This site exists to hold the work without sanding it into platform sludge. It is not a guru page, startup brochure, academic performance, or lifestyle product.

It is a home base for a developing body of work: essays, books, formal arguments, images, field notes, and practical orientations toward care.

Tone law

Severe, human, and useful.

The project aims for clarity without sterilization. Beauty without perfume. Precision without contempt. Wonder without abandoning the dishes.

Reality is not elsewhere. That sentence is not an aesthetic. It is a demand.
